Storming the Capitol 2013

The Florida Legisilative Session this year was filled with many historic moments.  We cannot blame you if you missed a few of them, after all, nearly 1000 new bills debuted, and we were competing against the likes of "ObamaCare," and the "Wine Canaster Act.  We have created this article to catch you up on the two historic childwelfare bills that are slated to make history in Florida this year.  Vita Nova was there as these moments unfolded.
