Frank Gulisano is the founder and present Chairman of the Board for Summit Realty Development and Leasing Corporation and Summit Realty Leasing and Management Corporation. Frank has been in business for forty-six years as a principle in Florida. His business has three main components. The main component is representing clients for site selection, leasing, remodeling, design, construction management, acquisition, disposition and asset management. The remaining two components are property management and development for clients and himself.
Frank graduated from New York University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and went on to City College of New York where he received a Masters Degree in Education. Frank was introduced to Vita Nova by a friend who was on the Board. For years he has worked with child advocacy agencies and always felt there was a void left when children “aged out”. When he was invited to join the Board, he quickly responded positively.
Frank had the honor to receive the following awards for his work at his work in advocacy: David Thomas Child Advocate Award in 2005, Community Service Award from the Board of Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches in 2002-2003 and the Crystal Palm Award for outstanding Nonprofit Resource Institution in 2002.
Frank and his wife Carole live in Boca Raton and have 4 daughters and 8 grandchildren.
